Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between you (the “User”) and Rising Star Promotions, Inc. (the “Company”), the owner and operator of this Website. By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or purchasing any course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website immediately.

1. Single-User License & Account Security

Each course or practice exam purchase grants a non-transferable, single-user license for the individual who purchased the course only (or, if purchased as a gift, the single designated recipient). All content (including questions, explanations, materials, etc.) are copyrighted and may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, posted online, or otherwise made available to any other person. Sharing passwords, accounts, logins, or allowing any third party to access your course is strictly prohibited, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Monitoring & Account Misuse

We track user activity, device access, and logins to help protect our content and platform. If we detect suspicious activity or believe a user has violated these Terms (including account sharing or unauthorized access), we may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, in our sole discretion. In cases involving suspected misuse, violation of these Terms, or suspicious activity, no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available when (a) the course has not been started and (b) the refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase. A course is considered “started” once any exam has been generated (including partial completion). After 48 hours from purchase, or once a course has been started, no refunds will be issued. 4. Not Affiliated/No Endorsement

Rising Star Promotions, Inc. is a private company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any civil service agency, municipality, department, union, or exam administrator. Any agency or exam names referenced are used for identification and educational purposes only.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We use your personal information only to create and maintain your account, provide access to your courses, process support requests, and communicate with you about course-related and account-related matters; we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
