Rising Star Promotions, Inc. (“Rising Star Promotions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Rising Star Promotions mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2026

We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs in the App. Like most apps, the App and platform services may process limited technical information necessary to operate properly (for example, basic device or app version information). We do not use this information for advertising.
C. Location information
We do not collect precise or approximate location information.
D. Payments
The App does not process payments and does not display or use payment/subscription status. If you choose to make a purchase or payment, you do so on our website, which uses Stripe to process payments. Payment card information is handled by Stripe on the website, not inside the App. (Stripe’s privacy practices are described in Stripe’s own privacy policy.)
We use your information to:
Create and manage your account
Provide App features and customer support
Communicate with you about account-related matters (for example, verification or important notices)
Maintain the security and integrity of the App and our services.
We do not sell your personal information.We may share information in limited circumstances:
Service providers who help us operate the App (for example, hosting, email delivery, customer support tools). They may access information only as needed to provide services to us.
Legal and safety reasons if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Business transfers if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets (we will provide notice when required).
We keep your account information for as long as you maintain an account, and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.When you request deletion (see below), we will delete or de-identify your information unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security, or operational reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice in the App if changes are significant.
